  • I forgot my password, how do I recover it?

    1. Go to the Midmark Animal Health Store Logon Web Page
    2. Click the link "Forgot your password?"
    3. Enter the email address of your Midmark Account, and click Submit.
    4. Check your email with a subject line of "Midmark Account Password Recovery" and click the link.
    5. On the Change Password page enter your new password, retype your password in the confirm password, and click submit.
  • My Credit Card is not being accepted, what do I do?

    Check to make sure your billing address provided on your account match the billing address for the card.
